Evaluating AAA framework for Food Industry In food industry, the aim of the organizations is to understand food preference of the target market in order to create global value. Apart from that, the companies need to evaluate the buying behavior of the consumers in order to understand whether the target market is health conscious or not. According to the evaluation, the companies need to manufacture products according to the requirements of specific target market.
